Product Owner

As a Product Owner you are responsible for the development roadmap for Eneco eMobility. Together with the rest of the Product Owners and IT leadership team you help shape the digital strategy and develop a long-term vision on technology and IT. You lead a cross-functional team of UX & Designers, Functional Consultants, Developers, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and Scrum Masters on a daily basis, and ensure that the right things are done at the right time. You have a crucial role in the development of our (new) IT landscape, including the integration of external systems and web interfaces. In close collaboration with the Scrum Masters, you are an ambassador of our agile way of working, helping leadership and IT teams to master this methodology. 
 

What do we expect from you in this position 

• You drive shaping the digital strategy, in close collaboration with the rest of the Product Owners and IT leadership team. 

• You take and show ownership of our long-term vision on technology and IT and translate this together with the teams to relevant features to reach our goals. 

• You lead teams and manage large IT transformation programs. 

• You can manage a larger / two smaller teams, which may contain multiple (development) roles. 

• You take and show ownership of the team backlog and continuously keep an eye on new developments and relevant processes. 

• You keep oversight. You can see the bigger picture of what the teams are achieving from a business perspective. 

• You develop, challenge, and realize our digital- and product roadmaps and have a high focus on managing dependencies between the IT teams and the business value streams. 

• As a lead product owner you can link the company strategy and business goals to the digital strategy. 

• You support our eMobility leadership in their agile way of working.

• Salary between €5.164 - €7.376 per month based on 40 hours.

• Master’s degree (WO) working and thinking level. Preferably completed an education with a high focus on Technology, Computer Science or Business. 

• You have 8+ years of experience in a (senior) Product Owner role within a bigger organization. 

• You are in possession of Scaled Professional Scrum or related certificates. Or you are eager to get these within the first 6 months of your adventure with Eneco eMobility. 

• You have experience with large scale digital transitions. 

• You have experience with digital strategy, product visions, and (long-term) agile roadmaps. 

• You have experience with complex stakeholder management. 

• It would be advantageous if you are familiar with the EV market. 

• Fluent in written and spoken Dutch and English.
