Job description

Are you an enthusiastic Site Reliability Engineer who gets energised by setting up advanced monitoring and further automating our environment? You will be responsible for managing authentication and authorisation workflows and implementing advanced observability strategies using tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights and Log Analytics. In addition, you will help us establish effective logging, metrics and alerting. You will also automate runbooks, escalation workflows and SLAs to ensure maximum availability.

A selection of your responsibilities

  • Managing authentication and authorisation workflows

  • Implementing advanced observability strategies with Azure Monitor, Application Insights and Log Analytics

  • Setting up and maintaining up‑to‑date logging, metrics, tracing and alerting

  • Streamlining incident response and on‑call operations via ServiceNow

  • Automating runbooks, escalation workflows and SLAs for maximum reliability

  • Automating scaling, failover and disaster recovery for continuous system reliability

  • Performing root cause analysis and facilitating post‑incident reviews

  • Monitoring and reporting on SLOs, SLIs and SLAs aligned with business objectives

  • Salary indication €4,003 – €5,718 gross per month based on 40 hours

Job requirements

In short:

  • At least five years of experience in the IT domain, preferably in an SRE or DevOps role

  • Experience with monitoring, security, scalability and site reliability engineering

  • A team player with strong problem-solving skills, proactive and hands-on

  • Skilled in creating playbooks and runbooks, and familiar with security tests, load testing and performance optimisation
